Three set Dinner menus are available: $35, $40 and $50 per head.

Haloumi - lightly fried and served with lemon, sweet paprika and capsicum relish
Calamari - dusted with Szechuan spice and set on a mixed lettuce salad with aioli
Beef Carpaccio - thinly sliced Black Angus served with rocket, Spanish onion, fried capers, balsamic reduction and smoked rock salt
Arancini - sage risotto balls filled with blue cheese, served on a rocket and roast capsicum salad with basil pesto and red capsicum relish

Fettuccini con Vitello - veal with chorizo, roast garlic, roast capsicum, shallots,
Spanish onion and seeded mustard cream sauce
Chorizo Risotto - with chicken, leek, garlic and roast capsicum, topped with feta and pesto
Linguine Marinara - prawns, scallops, calamari and fish with garlic,
white wine, olive oil and dill
Mediterranean Vegetable Stack - with crisp polenta wedges, napolitana sauce,
pesto and crumbled Bulgarian sheep's fetta
Seared Salmon Steak - set on honey roasted sweet potato and rocket with greens, cherry tomato and roast capsicum, dressed with a lemon & thyme infused olive oil
Veal Saltimbocca - veal wrapped with pancetta and sage, set on crisp chat potatoes and sautéed vegetables with a sage buerre noisette and red wine bouquet garni reduction
