New winter menu starting at Basque in July
As the chilli nights are upon us it's the perfect time to warm up with our new winter menu along with a nice glass of Spanish red or our warm chocolate churros.In keeping with Basque's seasonability we will be launching our new winter menu in July.
Some of our organically grown winter vegetables will be sourced from our farm in North east Victoria and our chef's will be creating a menu to showcase this produce.
The menu will be launched in the next few weeks and we will be presenting such famous dishes as "Barriga de Cerdo" Twice cooked pork belly topped with quince jam and "Pato en patatas" Duck confit and potato slice with orange and brandy jus.
