The great location is set off with a selection of dishes to tempt.
The menu will vary with the seasons and a selection is outlined below.
For starter, entrees include:
- Tasmanian Salmon carpaccio - lightly cured with herbs, served with fried baby capers, chives & citrus salad
- Five spice fried prawns & green papaya salad, toasted coconut, coriander & rice noodles bound in a citrus dressing
- Slow cooked ocean trout mille feuille bound with dill, baby capers, roasted garlic mayo,
served between flaky yogurt pastry & eshallot dressing
Mains can include:
- Fish of the Day Baked with tomato saffron sauce, snake beans & garnished with calamari, balsamic glaze & baby herbs
- Grilled sirloin steak served with baked Japanese pumpkin, asparagus & new york fries topped with chive cream & jus
- Duck Leg confit served with paris mash potato, sugar snap peas roasted baby beets & a light red wine glaze
- Chicken Caesar salad with Turkish bread croutons, bacon and light anchovy mustard dressing
