Our head chef, Matt Kneipp, trained in Brisbane, where he was the head chef of one of the city's top restaurants, MCA Bistro. From there Matt moved to London where he worked as senior sous chef at one of London's most well established eateries, L'Escargot. (one michelin Star) It was at E'scargot that he had the privilege of working for Marco Pierre White, who is famously known for training Gordon Ramsey.

Diners can look forward to coming in and trying Matt's delectable dishes, like the pork belly that was featured in Vogue Entertaining and Travel, or his tasting menu.
